Due to the seasonal nature of some merchandise, actual availability of some products pictured may vary.
 
     Fold 1 patterned paper in half and cut to fit over ivory card. Attach along fold on front and back.
 
     Print message on vellum, making sure it will fit the space with about 1 ½-inch of space above. Let dry. Cut slightly smaller than card front. Attach with mono adhesive along top inch of front (under top paper edge)
 
     Fold other paper in half and tear a strip along fold that is 1 ¼-inch wide. Attach on fold of card with mono adhesive on front and back. Trim ends even with card.
 
     Tie a fuzzy tan fiber around the top front, through inside, and tie as shown. Trim ends. Put a tiny drop of glue here and there under fiber to hold it in place.
 
     Glue starfish on top left.
