How or who in their right mind ships goods with insufficient packaging, or in fact no packaging at all.  40% of the components sent are so badly damaged that they need repair..  this is not good company policy, unless of course your aim is to blacken your name when it comes to providing quality products.  The damaged stackable shelves are 1. Poorly made, and 2.  Damaged to the point of having to be remade.  Not worth the money spent.  They will be returned.  Sadly disappointed Michael’s.  Would honestly have given a negative star.

This worked perfectly for creating a toy bin for my dog. It painted well and since this photo I have actually added another tier. I love it.

All four wooden bins arrived with severe damage. One had slats that had fallen off. The staples had pulled out of most of the slats. These need to be built better, with wood glue included in the manufacturing process. The staples alone are not working out very well.

Overall, i love the items, but I was very upset to find that some of my items were broken upon arrival. I would dare say, at their appearance, they were likely broken before they were even packaged. I ordered 12 of these and had them shipped to my home. Buying and carrying 12 in store was not practical and I thought ordering online would be much more convenient. Sadly, I'll still have to go back to the store to exchange atleast 2 of them that are unusable for me. I'm questioning whether I should have just picked them up on my own to avoid the extra hassle.
