I wanted to give this 5 stars, but there were a few minor issues. The instructions are mostly pictorial which leaves out certain things to make assembly easier. For instance, do not tighten the back screws connecting part E to part F. This makes it easier to slide back panel J in place. Also, some of the nylon "nuts" into which items are screwed were not completely lined up. Have a flat screw driver handy to turn the "nuts". On the plus side, i did receive a slightly damaged part and a new one was sent out immediately. Great service! Overall I love the unit and would buy it again. My grandchild loves it!!
