The frame was looked very nice when my picture was matted, but the layer of paint is so thin on the frame that it had a nick in it by the time I got it home.

I wanted to frame a tour program (from 45 years ago) and really wanted a white mat frame to offset its dark black border. This worked well. It had enough space to fit the several-page thick program and, though not the ideal mat, works well for the job. The discounts made this a great deal for me.

Placed a pick up order for this frame to put a gift together with it, got it home and saw how cheap it was.  I figured a $70 frame would be better quality. That mat padding on the inside was bowing and looked terrible, even after taking it apart, like it was permanently warped. The wood was knicked and splintered. Returning and looking elsewhere.

I ordered this frame by accident a week ago. I went to the store on Veterans Blvd., Metairie (Lakeside) near Petsmart to pick it up a week ago & realized it wasn't the frame I was looking for, so right there I returned it ($40) & got my receipt as proof. I received an email from them, that this same frame was picked up one week later then they charged my credit card! I called & spoke to the manager & he said he saw some receipts from a week ago laying around & only assumed I picked up the order so he charged my account today. He admitted this, but still it was unbelievable he did this! The only way for me to get credited now is to go back into the store to get another credit. I won't be shopping here again.

I ordered 12 frames to do a gallery wall. 9 of the 12 were damaged in shipment. The two boxes they came in were not packaged well at all. The picture frames didn't fill the boxes enough, and there were two to three papers to pad the frames from moving all around. I ordered again. I even asked the customer service person if I could ship to a store instead, thinking they wouldn't be broken that way. I was told that the store would need to have it in stock. So they ship again, and the same thing happened. While they did include more packaging inside, it wasn't enough. Plus, the box they sent it in was already ripped on the corners and then somewhat taped back together to form a box again. I looked at the first few, and they were damaged, so I didn't bother looking through the rest. I'm returning them all and going some place else.

I was very disappointed with the quality of these frames. I purchased about eight of these frames for matting 11x14 prints and they all suffer from flaws, ranging from small scratches in the glass to aberrations in the paint to chips in the paint that have to be fixed with a sharpie. A couple of the frames were ever so slightly cockeyed, making it difficult to get the matted print to fit without having to trim it.

Im so shocked at the condition this frame arrived in, and how poor the quality was. Sure, the frame is sturdy and it looks nice except for all the scratches around it that i had to color in with sharpie. When I finally finished framing the artwork, i realized that the double matte was off - the inner matte is crooked and it looks terrible. Its manufactured that way so i cant fix it. Really bummed with this purchase.

I ordered a couple of frames online through the app so I didn’t get to select them. I wish I did select it. They just put it in a cart without any wrapping. When I got home, I realized there was a lot of dings and knicks. If it wasn’t a hassle, I would take these back.
