So after several complaints on order fulfillment, Michaels solution to the problem was to change their marketing for this product. At this price three bottles was a deal.  But one bottle for almost $60 I can’t say I would purchase it again. Still a great product though.

I love this resin. It is clear and flexible. Its just what I was looking for. I only purchased it because I had a coupon. I already had a bottle so I knew what I was getting. The price for 3 bottles of this resin is only worth it with a coupon though. I found a comparable brand on Amazon. Although its not as clear, it’s still flexible and only pennies cheaper if you use a coupon at Michaels. I want to rate the service Ive had with my Michaels order a ZERO!  The item description clearly states 3 ct. I ordered 2 expecting to receive 6 bottles. When my order came I only had 2 bottles. So customer care placed an order for me claiming my other 4 bottles would arrive. They also gave me an egift card for $15. I was satisfied until my second order came with still only 2 bottles. I am beyond frustrated at this point because I reported the second mishap at 8am this morning. It is now 10pm. Customer care is closed and still no confirmation on when or if my other 2 bottles will arrive. Because of this, the item I received from  Amazon in 1 day is worth it. Yes!  This is a good product. But Im not looking forward to calling Michaels Customer Care again. Id really prefer if they’d just get the order right… at least after the 2nd attempt and waiting more days for the order to arrive because Michaels is not willing to expedite shipping. To sum…This would be my go to for a soft resin if clarity was a must for my project. But Im sure it can be purchased elsewhere with less headache.
