Went to store to pick up, store associate only brought out half my order. This item was missing. 
I’ve contacted Michaels Customer Service and I’ve contacted the store manager, and no one has gotten back to me and it still shows that I picked it up. I would like my order or a refund.

This is the 3rd one that i have purchased because i am putting my craft room together and this time around I am very very dissapointed. These units are expensive yet it arrived damaged at 2 points. I did not return it because I am 52 years old and I cannot lug this box down 3 flights and back to the store that is why I paid for same day delivery and tipped the driver. This is not how things should arrive and I am very upset to have to put together something that is damaged and have no choice but to keep it.

this is the third piece I have ordwred that has come in with small sections broken off or corners smashed from shipping and how it is packaged. these need to be packaged better for shipping so these thin pieces do not get smashed or broken.  I was able to put them together but for the money I paid it would have been nice if they were not crushed on edges and pieces where the shelves slide in not broken off.  this piece was like that and the previous two pieces I got as well

The product is great, but it arrived damaged. I didn't want to deal with returning, so I glued the damaged pieces back on. This should be packaged better.

I order two shelf units but one box was damaged with pieces falling out.  Also I ordered 6 storage keepers.  As you can see one arrived with a hole in it.  These was no packing around the four boxes received together.  Here are pictures showing the items damaged.

This is a replacement. I honestly can’t believe there is NO quality control. The boards are all cracked.

i was so excited to get this but qhen i opened the box. the first two boards i pulled out were cracked so i didnt bother pulling the others out. this was the 3rd box out of the 5 units i bought that were cracked my 4th was a little damaged but nothing paint couldn’t fix. very upset and disappointed but i love Michaels.

I ordered this as a combo to make a craft desk this item came with the two back corners broken.  Did not want to package back up and return as it was heavy.  The damage happened to be in the back so I kept it, just beware the photos online looks nice but poor quality.  Not worth the cost.  They really need to package these better if shippers drop them they will be damaged.

I have wanted these for so long but I was disappointed with the craftsmanship of the product. The concept of the sliding shelves makes it desirable for scapebook storage containers but upon opening the box we had a broken piece fall out. I decided to build it because the broken side would face the back of the wall but as we continued remove the shelves from the box we realized the bottom board was also demaged. We were able to build it and it seems fine but it is frustrating to pay so much for something damaged. I purchased 2 but I am highly considering returning the second one since it’s still in the box.
