Went to store to pick up, store associate only brought out half my order. This item was missing. I’ve contacted Michaels Customer Service and I’ve contacted the store manager, and no one has gotten back to me. I would like the items I purchased or a refund.

Did a lot of research on this item. compared to IKEA items. Decided on this item as per the described measurements on the website. BE AWARE.....the measurements are OUTSIDE dimensions....not inside the drawer. I was looking for a 3in deep drawer. When put together the internal dimensions were only 2.25 inch deep. Not as described in the specs. Be sure you know your specs!

First box was damaged and pieces broken when opened. Difficult return process but 2nd box ok but hard to assemble and drawers don't go in easily.

I purchased this because I need something for my larger card stock and mats. I opened the box and instantly got full of particle board. The box was beat up, pieces were chipped and otheres stained. how is it possible to be so expensive and in such terrible condition in a box

This is a great storage drawer cart.  Once assembled, it’s very sturdy and well made.

But the assembly is a bear.

I love that this comes with the wheels already!  Nice to have included.  Only issue I had with assembly is it took a minute to get the top drawer in... otherwise assembly was a breeze, extra hardware included!

I got this to avoid having to go to the Swedish store that makes the drawer system I really like. I have 5 of those and thought how different could this one be? It is very different. While wider, it doesn't roll well and the drawers don't open easily with one hand. I do a lot of crafting and need to work quickly. Drawers that need to be opened carefully doesn't work for me. PLUS, there are  3 hole plugs on top which means it isn't a totally flat surface. Spend a few extra bucks and get the better quality one.
