The Satin Ice edible glue is an easy way to adhere fondant pieces to your cake. However, the plastic bottle is a little stiff and hard to squeeze. It is also more expensive than a tub of Wilton Piping gel, at 2oz. for the same price as 8oz. of piping gel.

I usually brush this on my treats, then sprinkle edible dust and it works perfectly for that, but this will work to attach any edible decor to your baked goods. It does not take much at all and it does not change the taste of your food. The price is reasonable compared to other stores I researched.

I own Two Friends Bakery LLC and we love using Satin Ice Edible Glue for all of our cake and cookie decorating needs! It keeps fondant, as well as, sugar sheets stuck on and dries clear!

It does help with adhesion; however, on modeling chocolate, fondant, and cake, it never truly "sets."  This makes the work a bit messy and depending on where it is being used, pieces can slowly move/slip.
