I usually make my own royal icing but could not find any merengue powder locally. I picked this up, a little worried about what it would taste like, it was great! Taste was good, good piping consistency, hardened well!

This made the cookie decorating process much faster! While making icing itself doesn't necessarily take THAT long, it was still nice to be able to immediately open it, add the colors, a drop of water, and start. It dried nicely and worked nicely with layering.
