AWESOME PENCILS AND COLORS. CAME DAMAGED BUT MICHAEL'S REFUNDED ME BECAUSE OF DAMAGE VERY QUICKLY. DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH INTERNAL DAMAGE TO INSIDE OF PENCILS AS TIN WAS DETED AND PENCILS ALL OVER BUT CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MICHAEL'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKING IT RIGHT. THANK YOU MICHAEL'S.
