I like this stand , I see where some people had difficulty with it so you might have to tweak it every so often but at the end of the day it is worth it.

Looks exactly like the picture. The stand is heavy so it won’t fall when you pull the yarn. Can even fit more yarns depending on the size of them. Would recommend!

It is very great to use when you are using more than 2 yarns i would get another one

whenever i tried to move it or roll out my yarn it would get stuck on something. it would always come unscrewed. not good for the long term if you plan on doing a lot of projects!

I just received this in the mail. As far as I am concerned,  it's the ultimate yarn stand. the base is heavy, so it won't tip when you pull the yarn. I sometimes use 2 strands to make garments/blankets, and this is great for that. you can even hang cake shaped yarn on them. It's big enough for the pound skeins. it's made of metal, except for the tray, so the yarn glides easily. The height goes from 24" up to 36". Yes, it's adjustable. The T bar shaped rods have adjustable stoppers, so the yarn won't slide off the ends. Right now, I have it on the floor next to my bed, and it's easily tall enough. Bonus, I also used a 30% off coupon. win win!

The item is a great idea but,  there are a few issues with it. The arms extend permanently too far. Either shorten them, or better yet, make them fold down. The base swivels,  which is nice but, any time you turn it even a little the nut at the bottom of the base comes loose. Now you have a wobbling tower of yarn. The only way to fix it, is to completely turn the enter holder upside down, to tighten the screw. You'll become very familiar with this procedure,  as you'll do it several times a day, or everyday you use it. Now there's no easy way to store it, as nothing folds or collapses. only option is to completely unassemble it. Again, great idea, but definitely needs to be improved. I got rid of mine. 🤷‍♀️

All the critical things I read in reviews were 100% correct. No matter how tight you screw the base on it will come loose. The yarn does not easily spin as youd think it would, its actually a bit of an arm workout having to whip the yarn about trying to get it around because all it wants to do is get stuck and squish. Im telling you I have tried making a bigger "washer" to try and make it harder for the yarn to get stuck, a CD fits but doesnt work, I also tried a funnel to give a gradual edge to creat a smooth slide for the yarn. Nothing works. 

The pro is it gives you a place to store yarn and keeps it from rolling away. I say save your money though.
