Tees are 52% cotton and 48% polyester, which will work for sublimation (lighter colors), vinyl, screen prints, and direct to garment transfers. Scorching is inevitable with any bleached shirts. If you experience scorching (yellowing after pressing the bleached area), keep a spray bottle of 50/50 peroxide and water by your pressing station and spray each design as it comes off the press. The scorching should go away as it dries. If it's stubborn and does not go away completely, spray with peroxide and water one more time and lay under the hot press (do not press) for 1-2 minutes and then to completely air dry. Shirts are ready to ship in 1-2 weeks. Colors may vary slightly from your screen.
