This chess set is made from clay. Each piece is slip casted, using liquid clay, cleaned up and finally glazed. The bottom of each piece is finished with felt. The set includes 17 white pieces and 17 blue pieces. The extra queens for each side are included. Chess sets are available in custom colors, so if you have a sports team rivalry or a some favorite colors, send me a message and we can create a set specifically in the colors of your choosing.
