This embroidery kit is done on a 7" wooden hoop which is included. I have hand drawn this piece with a heat erasable pen. That means when you are done embroidering you can erase any lines showing with the heat from an iron. I used 14 colors of DMC thread which I've included more than enough to complete your piece. You will have everything you need to do this embroidery piece except for scissors. My directions are very clear, but not overwhelming. If you've ever done embroidery before you will be able to make this blue jay embroidery. If you are crafty and able to create things, you should not have any problems. If you are totally new to any type of art or crafting, it might be a little more challenging. I will walk you through exactly how to do this piece and show you drawings and directions on how to embroider the stitches used in this piece.
