Monarch butterfly mobile handmade includes 10 origami butterflies hanging from a six inch wooden or brass hoop. Each monarch is hand cut from a photo and is depicted on heavy cardstock. Beads are also added to the mobile. Each mobile is different; some with different colored butterflies, or origami flowers added. The monarchs are in danger for various reasons. Their habitat is disappearing and their main food and habit source is being eliminated. This mobile was originally made in honor of the Monarch. I use the Monarch in other mixed media mobiles often.
