I have hand-cut and designed many wooden crosses and the inspiration for this painting was taken from that exact cross I cut from wood and wood-burned a stained glass design into the wood. The design gives the illusion of the water, sky and sun on the cross. I made that wooden cross into a necklace in the past and I tried to recreate it in this painting. Listing is for a 5 1/2” x 4 1/4” handmade card (matte) with print of my original watercolor cross and wildflower painting. Card paper is 230gsm 60 lb photo canvas paper (soft crosshatch texture on front) with a white linen A2 envelope. Choice of quantity.
