These adorable Christmas Winter Top Hats would make a great shelf-sitter, tiered tray decor or table decoration. These Winter Top Hats come in black with assorted tags attached. Snowflake is painted with a paste to give it a snow effect. All hats are hand painted, lightly splattered and shaded by myself with a touch of snow with glass like glitter added to each hat. These Christmas Winter Top Hats are made from MDF and come in two different sizes (see drop down) and are approximately 1" thick so that they can stand on their own.
