Brown areas are engraved and will be indented into the wood. Laser cut wood will have slightly discolored edges, but can easily be sanded, painted or stained over. Every piece of wood is unique and will have a different grain pattern and color. Size: Shape size is measured on the longest side, sometimes it's the length and sometimes it's the width.
