This is a clock face with the color wheel, showing 12 color intervals, for every hour / 5 minute mark. I wanted to have a more exciting, and catchy way for kids to learn how to tell time, how to know what time the hands represent on an analog clock face. I'm an artist, so I also wanted to show children how colors relate and are on a color wheel. This lead me to realize, "Hey wait a second - there are 12 basic colors, to simply break them down for a kid, in a color wheel ...and there are 12 hours in a day ...why not combine the two!" You get one letter size pdf printable download emailed to you after you purchase, that you can print onto card stock and laminate. For preschool-K, 1st-3rd graders. The numbers use my own Fabric Font. Supplies: letter card stock / self laminating sheet, preferably double sided, hole puncher, Fiskars pointy small nonstick scissors, metal brad fastener or 2 buttons, thread and needle For paper- laminate both sides of sheet. Do this first before anything. Cut out parts, hole punch center hole and inside "o" on hands. Assemble onto brad or with button, then hands, then clock, then bend brad fastener, or with threaded needle, thread through everything to other side and back, through button holes, 3-4 times. Knot.
