This Custom Ceramic Recipe Plate is a wonderful way to preserve a piece of family history. I can transfer your handwritten recipes or special handwritten notes onto a plate that can be treasured for years to come. Scan the recipe as a high quality image (pdf or jpeg) and send me the file via messaging or email ruthie@artsmithshop.com with your order number. I will adjust for size and contrast, but the image will remain the same. Please make sure the image is in focus, and that there is no glare or shadow. I will create a custom decal of your image and fire it onto the pottery. The plate will be fired in the kiln and the resulting image will be sepia toned (brownish tint like an old photo). The image will be permanent, food and oven safe. Prices vary by size/shape. Consider the shape and size of your recipe when choosing the size of your plate. 3x5" notecards work well on the smaller shapes, but a full-page recipe would read better on a larger platter. Recipes will be resized to best fit the plate you choose. Please include the date you need the item by in the notes to seller upon checkout. Shipping dates are not guaranteed, but every effort is made to get your custom pottery to you by the requested date. Custom plates typically ship within two weeks of order placement, but production times could vary during the busy seasons.
