This bracelet is made with a (2) stainless steel discs hand stamped by myself with medical information as shown in pictures. A medical alert symbol has been stamped in the center of the top disc. Discs have been added to a triple wrap leather bracelet (brown varied flat shown) with silver/stainless components. Accented with your choice of crystal (July - red shown). I can stamp any medical alert message as space allows. If you aren't sure that your wording will fit on the disc, contact me before checkout and I will be glad to help. Disc sizes are 3/4" and 1" in diameter. Please note - The bracelet you will receive will be stamped using the designer font as shown in the pictures. These pictures are stock photos and since all items are stamped one letter at a time your item may differ in placement and spacing of letters. Your jewelry will be of equal quality as shown in pictures. This bracelet is totally customizable...if you'd like to add charms or crystals (for a small charge), or do different wording, contact me before purchase with your design idea to make sure it will fit.
