When putting the cover on the foam it is very important that the corners of the foam are well positioned at the corners of the cover. Since the foam is malleable, it tends to fit into the cover once the zipper is closed. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Because this is a custom product we can not accept any returns or exchanges. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCE Sometimes the cushion deforms during transport, changing the proportion of its dimension, which causes some difference in size. Unfortunately, as this is a soft material, variations of 0.5" can happen.
