MY PRODUCTS ARE ALL HANDMADE. I don't type things into a computer and hit start and watch a machine make my products. I make them all by hand. Boos block beware, this 1.5 inch thick cutting board will surpass the quality you will get with any mass-produced cutting board. It's made from edge grain hard maple which makes it extremely durable and resistant to impact. Maple is less porous than most other woods, so it is not as susceptible to retaining moisture and bacteria. This board measures approximately 24" x 15" which provides plenty of cutting space. The board is finished with food-safe mineral oil that also helps prevent moisture retention. The board is reversible so it's almost like getting 2 boards in 1. Once the first side begins to look worn, you can flip it over and use the other side. I can add large rubber feet for an additional cost. These help the board dry evenly to prevent warping and splitting, in addition to keeping the board in place. The board you get will not be the exact board that is in the photos as they are made to order, but it will be the same style and close in size. It will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which advertises a delivery time of 5 days or less. Please note that I drop off orders at USPS once per week, so it may take up to a week for the item to be shipped.
