This listing is for ENGRAVED wood tags to go with our Family Birthday Board Signs. **Please Note: Be sure to double check the amount of tags you are ordering to be sure it is correct! For example, if you select 10 tags but only provide 9 names for personalization, we will send the 10th tag blank with no engraving.** Item Details: - Tags are made of 1/4" thick birch wood. - Each tag is 1.5" in diameter. - Names and dates that you provide will be laser engraved onto the tags, in the font shown in the photos. - One S-hook for hanging is included with each tag that you order. - Shapes available are circles, hearts and bones. - The backs of the tags will have dark markings from the laser cutting process. This is normal and cannot be avoided! To Order: - From the "Amount of Tags" drop-down menu, select how many tags you need. - In the personalization box, please list the names and numbers to be engraved on each tag, and the tag shape you would like. For example: Circles: Parker - 13, Olive - 26.
