All beads slide around the band easily -- these rings are great for fidgeting through anxiety and worry! Many also use them to avoid bad habits, like picking at or biting nails. All beads measure 3 mm. I use 7 beads per ring – 3 solid gold, and 4 seed beads. >>>>> THE BAND <<<<< The band is made from 14/20 yellow gold fill, which is a high-quality wire. The band will not turn your finger green, or change color. If tarnish does occur, you can easily wipe it away with a polishing cloth. 18 gauge wire is lightweight, thin, and a bit flexible. The ring will naturally expand a bit on your finger as you fidget, leaving you room to slide the beads around! I would describe this ring as delicate – while it’s high-quality enough for everyday wear, it’s not a thick, sturdy band designed to withstand harsh wear and tear. >>>>> SIZING <<<<< Not sure on size? Since these rings are adjustable by about a size in either direction, you don’t need to be exact!
