What is a Worry Stone? Worry stones are meant to be comforting pieces that you carry with you in your pocket, in your bag, kept on your desk, or anywhere you feel is best to keep it around. They are made to help calm your nerves through a stressful day, to help find your focus, or to keep your hands busy if you are sitting for long periods of time. The indent is meant to be rubbed with your thumb. Each one is handmade in my studio by me, so each stone is shaped and glazed slightly differently than any other one, and will be unique to itself. My hope is that the one you receive feels just right for you when you hold it and that it can help you get through the rough, stressful days and so you know you are not alone.
