This bracelet is made of jeweler's brass that has been hand cut, shaped and polished for a bright (not mirror) finish. It's just under 1/4” wide, and the cross is roughly 0.6" wide. The brass is thicker, but can be slightly bent for adjustment to your wrist size. Everything is handmade, no two pieces will be exactly the same, and variations will occur. Jeweler's brass is an alloy made of 85% copper and 15% zinc. In some, the copper in the alloys or the copper in the solid copper bangle may turn the skin green. If this happens, we recommend coating the inside of the cuff with fingernail polish to create a barrier between the bangle and the skin. Reapply as needed. NOTE: Each cuff is in its natural state. It’s not coated with anything to prevent tarnish. Oils, lotions, moisture, etc. will accelerate the tarnish, so its recommended that you use a jewelry cloth for cleaning after wearing. In some, the copper may turn the skin green. If this happens, we recommend coating the inside of the cuff with fingernail polish to create a barrier between the bangle and the skin. Reapply as needed.
