The process • After you complete your purchase, you will be informed via email with further details, including the address to send your pre-loved clothing to me. • Once I have received your pre-loved items of clothing, I will notify you that I have received them and roughly when I will start your love keepsake bear. • All finished keepsake bears will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, proof of postage and tracking provided. These details will be forwarded to the customer once the items have been shipped. FAQs • How many Items do I need to send you? For pre-loved baby clothing, I need 9-12 items or 2-3 adult items. • How long do the keepsakes take to be made? - The turnaround time is 3-5 weeks, I feel it is important to pay extra attention to the details of each keepsake I make. However, you may receive your forever love keepsake sooner than this time frame. • Can the keepsake memory bear be personalized? - Yes, all keepsake bears I offer come with a beautiful embroidery of one name and the year of memory on the bear foot.
