Unique large hair clip handcrafted from solid copper. The flower pattern design is embossed by me using a special pattern plate and my rolling mill. After cutting the metal to shape and smoothing the edges, it is securely hand riveted to a clip- no glue to fail. Measures 3 3/4" wide and 1” high. The hair clip is 80mm wide, which is a standard large ponytail size. The finish process is to first patina the barrette black, then polish the highlights to reveal the design. Two coats of varnish are applied to protect the color. Each barrette is handcrafted. Every effort is made to reproduce exactly, but do expect slight variances.
