My husband and I make these from solid mahogany wood, and sand with multiple grits of sandpaper, so you get a beautiful, smooth pair of hoops. This wood has a really beautiful sheen to it that is hard to capture in pictures. Available in 3 sizes (see pictures), so you can find the perfect pair for YOU! Large–hoop diameter: 2 and 1/4in (55mm), stud diameter: 11/16in (18mm), overall length: 3in (76mm) Medium–hoop diameter: 1 and 11/16in (43mm), stud diameter: 1/2in (14mm), overall length: 2 and 3/8in (60mm) Small–hoop diameter: 1in (26mm), stud diameter: 3/8in (10mm), overall length: 1 and 3/4in (44mm)--Note, the small size has 3 jump rings, so they drop from the earlobe properly (bigger sizes only have 1 jump ring) These are incredibly lightweight, the largest size weighs in at only 2g (that's less than the weight of a dime!) Post material: Hypoallergenic titanium (these are lead free and nickel free). Posts are 21 gauge (standard piercing gauge), we supply butterfly backs with the small hoops, and larger plastic backs for medium and large hoops (see pic). Care for your earrings: As with all handmade items, handle with care. These are real wood! Remove before showering and/or swimming.
