Our wallets are made from 2-3 oz full grain hand dyed veg-tan leather (.8 – 1.2 mm or 1/32" – 3/64" thick). Veg-tan leather may be stiff at first, but will become supple with time and use. When properly cared for, Veg-tan leather can last years without breakage or wearing out. **Hand Dyed Colors** - We use a water-based, eco-friendly leather stain on all our wallets. The stain is bleed-proof against water. Along folds and seams, you may notice a lighter color from natural wear over time. We use a leather conditioner to supply your wallet with natural oils and waxes. It will darken over time as it absorbs oils and is exposed to sunlight, giving each leather product a unique patina. This traditional bifold wallet is made with genuine leather and hand stitched with waxed thread. The design has been laser-etched into the leather, making it permanent. This wallet can be personalized with a monogram, quote, or special message. The default location for personalizations is the bottom right corner of the inside of the wallet. This wallet has been laser etched with a design based on the map of Middle Earth from Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit. The dye color shown is Tan. It has four inner pockets for cards, with larger pockets behind them for small documents or extra cards. It also has one main pocket along the full length of the wallet to store bills.
