Multicolor Viking Knit Bracelet
Viking Knit is one of the earliest known examples of metal weaving known. It utilizes a single continuous piece of wire to create the intricate hollow weave rope that is repeatedly pulled through a draw plate to compress and tighten the weave after it has been woven. The result is a strong, yet flexible, metal rope that can be made into into a range of shapes and even be made to fit beads inside of. Bracelets are made with anodized aluminum wire and have stainless steel end caps and clasps/extenders.
