Each padded cover has 3 cotton layers and cotton-poly batting. - The two cotton flannel layers are quilted to the batting for easier folding. - The top fashion fabric is a 100% cotton fabric of your choice. - I pre-wash and dry all fabric on high heat before sewing to prevent shrinking. - The edges are topstitched to prevent shifting of the fabric and seams during use. - Unless otherwise indicated, seat belt covers can be machine washed and dried on low heat. - Closure is 3/4" authentic VELCRO® Brand Hook and Loop fastener tape in white, black, or beige. How do I put on the cover? A3. The vertical quilting has a center column about ~1” (2.54cm) or ~2.5” (6.35cm) wide. Center your belt in the channel then wrap the two sections around it.
