Every septum ring is made from solid sterling silver with a bezel set, round, natural gemstone of your choice. The gemstone is a cabochon that is approximately 3mm in diameter. The hoop has a 10mm-11mm outside diameter (depending on the gauge you select). The inside diameter is 8mm-8.5mm. The bottom of the hoop is flattened and textured. The whole ring is a polished finish. You can choose the correct gauge and gemstone before checkout in the drop down menus. Each septum hoop is made to order and will take 6-8 days to make and ship to you.
