Each padded cover has 3 cotton layers and cotton-poly batting. - The two cotton flannel layers are quilted to the batting for easier folding. - The top fashion fabric is a 100% cotton fabric of your choice. - I pre-wash and dry all fabric on high heat before sewing to prevent shrinking. - The edges are topstitched to prevent shifting of the fabric and seams during use. - Unless otherwise indicated, seat belt covers can be machine washed and dried on low heat. - Closures are T5 plastic snaps in black or light gray. How do I put on the cover? A3. The vertical quilting has a center column about ~1” (2.54cm) or ~2.5” (6.35cm) wide. Center your belt in the channel then wrap the two sections around it.
