Glass is cut by hand so the may be little chips along the edge but they shouldn’t be seen under the edge of the frame. I work with glass from Home Depot which is generally 3/32" thick. I also have thinner glass available. Prices are calculated using the higher price for the length/height of your piece first. Then just write the size you need into the personalization or notes box. P.S. Here’s my trick to get the right measurements… Take a piece of paper to make a template and cut it to fit your frame. When it fits comfortably in the frame with a little wiggle room you are ready to measure. You can also mail the template to me. I will look it over then send you a custom quote.
