The size of each is easily adjustable and is able to double in length to easily fit over your hand or foot and then tighten to your desired fit. SIZE GUIDE XS: adjusts from approximately 4-5 inches to 8-10 inches in length S: adjusts from approximately 5-6 inches to 10-12 inches in length M: adjusts from approximately 6-7 inches to 12-14 inches in length L: adjusts from approximately 7-9 inches to 14-18 inches in length How to find your size: wrap a non-stretchy string around the widest part of your hand/wrist or ankle/foot, then measure the length of the string. Make sure you choose a size that fully expands to be at least that long. (For example: the widest part of my hand measures 10 inches around, so I should order my bracelet in at least a size "small" because it expands to approximately 10-12 inches, so it will be able to fit over that part of my hand when I put it on).
