The tradition began years ago when our good friend, Ryan, began providing tasty Wisconsin cheeses for sampling at various gatherings. Each charcuterie board is handcrafted from real hardwood from start to finish. Aside from being excellent wood choice for meat and cheese boards, we also chose Walnut as a homage to the majestic trees that lined Ryan's old neighborhood when he was growing up. We finish each board with a food safe mineral oil and a beeswax conditioner in order to ensure that with proper care, you'll enjoy the board for years and years to come.
