Welcome to PATELLEART! As a self-taught artist, I began experimenting with textures, heavy gel mediums, gesso, impasto, and modeling paste. Since then, I have continued to practice, develop, and refine my creative side as well as my skill set and style. I primarily work with acrylic paint on stretched canvas for my paintings and palette knife pieces. I have had several pieces displayed in art galleries and online art exhibits. I am also a member of the Lafayette Art Association and Louisiana Craft’s Guild. Each painting I do is an original; there are no two paintings the same.
