Welcome to Prairie Looms! I specialize in handwoven rag rugs of various sizes, knitted and crochet items and various items made from upcycling the "waste" materials from my weaving. All items are unique and one of a kind. I weave on my Newcomb #3 floor loom, Leesburg floor looms, LeClerc Dorothy table loom and lap looms. Rugs are woven with recycled blue jeans, upholstery selvedges from furniture manufacturing, fabrics purchased from second hand stores and other discounted fabrics. Knitted and crochet items are made with new yarn or other materials.
