Rainbows Near Me

Who doesn't like rainbows, day or even at night? Sometime around 1990 I discovered fireworks glasses. These are cardboard glasses with diffraction film used as the lens material. When viewing various light sources through diffraction film, visible light is separated into it's various wavelengths, creating a rainbow effect, as if viewing the world through a prism. The effect is particularly stunning at night when viewing fireworks, city lights, even the moon and stars. Conversely, when you place the same film in a window so that sunlight passes directly through it, the sunlight is broken up into a beautiful rainbow effect. I then contacted domestic producers of the best film for fireworks glasses/do-it-yourself rainbow makers and sell the film in various sizes once cut to length. That's it. One product. Lots of rainbows.
