Michaels is the only place that I purchase this type of MAT.  They are sturdy, the colors have not
shown me that they fade, are easy to install and look great when framed under glass.

For the first time ever, I did a store pickup. I asked a clerk for help and she just sent me to where to pick up item. I took out of bin and asked if I needed to use my phone to say I picked up item. She was distracted and said I was done so I left store. Now I'm getting messages to pick up my item. I have no way of clearing this up so I'm trying under ratings.  Product was exactly what I needed.

For the price, these are really nice mats.  The colors are great and they look really nice in a frame.  The bad part is that when you get a 8x10 opening, it's not actually an 8x10 opening.  It's smaller.  This can make it precarious when framing art which includes text.

All four corners of a pre-cut mat that I purchased had overcuts. This makes my artwork look very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed in the lack of quality control from Michaels.  Make sure when you buy a pre-cut mat you check out the corners.
