These are not really bouncy power balls. The description didn't give the instructions of how one is to make these balls. 

It's packets of granules that you pour into TINY(not much bigger than my thumb) open topped molds, and then you submerge the molds in warm water. You then have to keep them in a zip lock bag to keep them from drying out, and they are only good for a week in the fridge! What the heck!?!? I returned it.

dissappointed that they turned to rocks/stone marbles after 24 hours and no longer bounced. they ended up in the trash before anyone could get pelted in the foot. this was a nice set and easy to use. beware the crystals will make a mess, so cover your area with newspaper. it was fun mixing colors and patterns.
