This character-adding piece is designed to grip and hold your bagel steady for cutting. Align your knife with the base's knife slots and utilize the convenient handle for a safe, even slice every time. A chore no more, preparation made simple!  Wide base will grip and keep bagel steady, knife slots allow you to get a straight cut every time.  Features a convenient handle, makes the chore of evenly cutting a bagel easier and safer.  Handcrafted from sustainably harvested gorgeous acacia wood, known for its unique and natural contrasting patterns..  Dimensions: 7" x 5-1/2" x 2-1/2".  The Bagel miter is designed by a restaurateur and woodworker in North Carolina, crafted in Thailand. Use and Care: Wash in warm, soapy water and thoroughly rinse with clean water. Do not soak. To dry, prop up off of counter to allow all surfaces to air dry evenly. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher. After drying, rejuvenate and protect the wood by rubbing it down with Butcher Block Oil (sold separately). Apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of Butcher Block Oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood.
