I ran into the same issue of breakage and flaking of the baskets upon receiving them. That doesn't bother me too much, as these will be stored out of sight. What is strange is how badly they smell. Like a cat peed in all of them. I'm letting them air out, hoping the smell will dissipate. I recommend purchasing these in person if you choose to buy them.

I ordered these and returned them. When I received them they all were damaged. They all had areas on them that the brown was flaked off. Further, I do not believe these would hold up for what they were intended for.

bought it on 2/27/24 got it on 2/28/24 

it's very cheap material. I was expecting a more durable material. it feels like just by touching it it would crumble. 99cent store Easter baskets have better quality than how this feels. every time I move it or touch it it feels like it's just going to break. 

when I received it, there were no packing material just the basket in a box and with shipment it got knocked around and broke off some pieces. 

it's original price was $30, I got it on sale for $17, with the 20% coupon it dropped it to about $15. Now I know why. :(

I don't recommend buying this. I'm thinking of returning it.

I was so excited to receive these storage baskets.  Upon opening the parcel I already saw flakes of the basket on the bottom of the box. Once I removed the basket I saw each and every 6 of the baskets was damaged due to poor packaging. The material of the baskets is already fragile and flaky and being stacked on top of each other with no bubble wrap or foil is just reckless and made the damage even worse. I however loved the color and size of these , but that’s about it. Sadly returning!

Do not order this product. In fact, now that I have had this experience with Michael's shipping, I'm not sure I would trust ordering anything that is delivered. One review had stated that these were poorly packaged and were damaged during shipping. I was hoping that perhaps the company took that feedback into consideration, but I can validate that it HAS NOT. These baskets are shipped in a flimsy cardboard box with no packing materials to protect the merchandise. All 4 baskets have encountered shipping damage, one basket is destroyed. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Listen to your reviews and feedback and DO BETTER!!

This basket is great for organizing specific items and making your room more aesthetically pleasing! I had a habit leaving my shows where it doesn’t belong and I had a hard time finding bins that fit a specific amount of my shoes. These baskets come in different sizes are so convenient and store a lot of things when you need! 10/10!

The baskets are exactly what I wanted, BUT they arrived in a large box with absolutely no protective packing material.  All 4 are damaged on all sides with lots of chips in the box.  Structurally ok, but very speckled.  Would be 5 stars if more care was taken with packing.
