In the instructions for the candy waffers it says that you have to melt them on the microwave, but with this you cut time in half! And I really like that you can put in on the warm setting and it keeps it warm

We melted our melts in the microwave and then poured into this to keep warm.  Unfortunately it didn't heat enough for the job.  Do I have to give it any stars?  Returning

Easy to use easy to clean. It’s a nice size- can be used for two different colors/flavors or as one larger bowl. It took a bit to heat up- which I didn’t mind for chocolate and stayed warm without being too hot for our cake pops. Fun with kids

If you want your chocolate melted tomorrow, you should start today. i’ve gotten old waiting for the chips to melt. i also have a machine that was probably returned because it doesn’t even have instructions. I hope that’s why it’s a dud. will exchange and hopefully the next one will be better

nice size and easy to clean! fits all kind of fruits. it's also not too bulky.

It did a nice job melting meltables and keeping them at an appropriate temperature for dipping. It doesn't seem very deep for dipping pretzels rods and we will probably need to keep adding meltables to retain depth.  We loved that we could melt two colors at the same time.  It worked great for dipping fruit, just make sure the fruit is washed and DRIED before dipping.
