Instructions
Step 1:
Trace and cut 3 collar pieces from the Royal Blue craft foam and 2 from the orange craft foam. Set aside.
Step 2:
Trace and cut the head shape from yellow craft foam. Trace and cut one light blue and one orange hat piece. Set aside.
Step 3:
Glue the flat edge of the hat shapes to the flat edge of the head, each with the point facing outward to form the hat.
Step 4:
Glue a strip of Royal Blue foam at the base of the hat. Trim sides flush to the side of the head.
Step 5:
Trace and cut 2 hat end circles from yellow foam, and glue to the front of each pointed end of the hat.
Step 6:
Glue the collar pieces cut in Step 2 to the back of the head, around the bottom. Alternate blue and orange.
Step 7:
Trace and cut 3 collar end circles from Royal Blue foam. Glue to the ends of the light blue collar pieces.
Step 8:
Glue 2 wiggle eyes in place to the front of the face.
Step 9:
Trace and cut 2 triangles from black foam to place under the wiggle eyes.
Step 10:
Trace and cut a pink circle nose and a red sliver mouth.
Step 11:
Glue all facial pieces to the front of the face. Use image as a guide.
Step 12:
Glue the back of the head to a dowel.
