Step 1:
Cut various flower shapes/circles from felt. Use image as a guide.
Step 2:
Glue the base flower to the card and glue other felt shapes on top. Cut leaf and grass shapes and glue to the card. Add butterfly by cutting two small triangles, and glue to card.
Step 3:
Draw stems with markers.
Step 4:
Cut a small rectangle to fit on the card and write your message.
