Funny Hair Headbands

Step 1 Measure and cut strips of tulle 16" long. There should be eight to ten knots of tulle on the headband. Each knot needs requires two pieces of tulle. 

Step 2 Hold two pieces of tulle together and attach to the headband, using a lark's head knot. Trim the ends. 

Step 3 Cut a piece of tulle approximately 10" long and tie in a knot around the tulle hair to form a high pony tail. Trim ends.

Step 4 Wrap the remaining ends of the headband with tulle.

Step 5 ADULT: Use hot glue to secure the ends of the tulle. 

Step 6 Attach foam and felt stickers to the tulle to embellish.
