Step 1:
Microwave your Meltables™ in 30 second increments and stir until you have a smooth, consistent texture.
Step 2:
Pour Meltables™ into each of the half-sphere openings. Use the back of a spoon to disperse the melted candy around each opening.
Step 3:
Place the filled mold in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
Step 4:
Repeat Steps 1-3 as needed to add a second layer of Meltables™ to thicken the outer shell.
Step 5:
Gently remove the chocolate half-spheres from the molds and place onto parchment paper.
Step 6:
Fill seven of the half-spheres with hot cocoa mix, marshmallows, sprinkles and other delicious items.
TIP: To keep the half-sphere sturdy while filling, place in a baking cup.
Step 7:
Microwave a microwave-safe plate for 90 seconds. One at a time gently press and twist one of the unfilled half-spheres onto the plate to melt the outer edges. Once melted enough place on top of one of the filled half-spheres to make a whole one.
TIP: If there are any gaps, use your spatula or spoon and leftover melted chocolate from hot plate to fill in.
Step 8:
Use Meltables™ in piping bags to drizzle over the tops of the bombs to create stripes or designs and then decorate with sprinkles.
